Brian P. Berson has been practicing criminal defense exclusively for over 20 years.  He defends people accused of - or suspects in - everything from homicides to white collar crimes to DUIs and petty theft. He has  the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell in terms of both legal ability and ethics. His goal is to protect and defend people accused of crimes or who are suspects in criminal investigations. Brian's previous trials occurred in the following courts:  San Francisco Federal District Court, Superior Court of San Francisco City and County, Superior Court of Marin County, Superior Court of San Joaquin County, Superior Court of Contra Costa County, federal district court in New Orleans and Superior Court of Orleans Parish.

He currently has cases in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda and Contra Costa counties as well as federal courts in San Francisco and Oakland.
